Pro is available as a recurring 30-day Telegram Stars subscription through the Telegram Bot, and separately as a recurring Discord-access plan through Whop. Discord is the Whop delivery location. Telegram displays and processes the actual Stars charge; Whop displays and processes its own charge. Cancelling renewal on either channel stops future renewals for that channel; paid access on that channel continues through the end of the current paid period.

Privacy notice
The public website does not require an account and contains no advertising tracker. Normal hosting and security logs may record request metadata. When you use the Telegram bot, the service stores the Telegram identifiers, plan state, notification preferences and payment references needed to operate your account.
ReclaimRadar does not ask the bot for your phone number, contacts, postal address or profile photo. Use /delete_my_data in the bot to erase your profile; accounting and audit records that must be retained are no longer linked to that profile.

Cancellation and refund requests
Cancellation and refund are different actions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not automatically reverse a completed payment. For a Telegram Stars payment problem or refund request, contact support through the official bot; any approved refund is processed through Telegram Stars. For a Whop payment problem or refund request, use the order support and resolution path shown by Whop; any approved refund is processed through Whop.
